WHEN ALL ELSE FAILS...........Just Rub It In!
If you have a sore muscle or skin irritation, just rub the White Lion directly into your skin.
A number of ailments in your body can be due to a magnesium deficiency. Start with palm-sized amount in a single application, and massage the White Lion into the affected areas*
We recommend 1-3 applications daily, until the magnesium levels in the body have been fully restored.
When using the spray bottle on larger areas of your body, try using 4 pumps per region of pain. Pumping the spray bottle four times is approximately equal to 1/8 teaspoons, and provides about 100 mg of essential magnesium to wherever you spray it!
Spraying the White Lion on after a hot shower or bath has been proven to produce higher results. Since your pores are open from the steam, the magnesium is able to soak into Your skin quicker!
White Lion can ALSO be used in a Bath!
We recommend you put at least 4 – 8 tablespoons, approximately 2–4 ounces**, of White Lion in your bath or foot soak, although more won’t hurt!
Soak for approximately 20 minutes for best results. We suggest soaking in your magnesium bath on a regular basis for best supplementation, depending on how much White Lion you use, it is recommended to soak in a bath 2-3 times a week!
*For intensive therapy (illness, eczema, etc.) the White Lion Oil Spray can be done daily, though you should check with a doctor if you have any medical conditions. If you have never used a magnesium oil it is recommended that you start with a small amount to see how your body reacts.
**While 2 ounces is a desirable starting level, higher doses such as 4 – 16 ounces may produce better results. When using the spray bottle, 16 pumps equals approximately 200 mg of essential magnesium, for baths and foot-baths it may be easier to uncap the bottle and pour the magnesium oil either into a measuring cup or directly into bath water.
